Popsicle Stick Bridge

'Popsicle Stick Bridge' is a 1:100 architecture model of the Millau Viaduct bridge (student project). The design brief was to make a recyclable architectural model that had lights. I chose to make the Millau Viaduct because its beautiful design would be challenging to recreate.
I used Popsicle sticks and polystyrene to build the model. These materials are some of the most versatile in terms of recyclability. I consulted engineering drawings of the real bridge to ensure my model's measurements were correct. When making the bridge, I integrate a hidden parallel circuit into the road for lights. I finish the model by detailing the landscape to match the French countryside.
